January 2023 marked three years since the launch of the first PSPNET project, the PSP Wellbeing Course, following a pilot version of the course that began in November 2019.

PSPNET Offers Public Safety Personnel Mental Health Support to members and staff (active, volunteer or retired) in Saskatchewan, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick.

Public Safety Personnel does much of society’s heavy lifting — competently carrying out their professional duties with efficiency and dedication — but the constant demands can extract an invisible toll on mental health. Please watch the following video to learn more.
